Medical Disclaimer

Olive Plan is a software tool, not a medical service. It generates meal plans and nutrition estimates using published nutrition science, but it does not replace the advice of a qualified nutritionist, dietitian or physician. All values are estimates. Do not use it as your sole guide for a medical condition, pregnancy, an eating disorder, or a plan for a minor — consult a professional first. If a plan makes you feel unwell, stop and seek professional advice.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Without an account, Olive Plan stores everything only on your device (browser local storage) and we collect nothing. If you create an optional account:

  • Email address and password — to sign you in (the password is stored hashed by our provider, never in plain text).
  • Your app data — profiles, foods, plans, recipes and settings — so it can sync across your devices.
  • Your subscription tier — which plan (free / Pro / Coach) you hold.

We do not use advertising, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.

Who processes it

Accounts, data storage and sync are provided by Supabase. Food search results come from Open Food Facts, an open community database. Payments, when enabled, are processed by the app store or by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

Where it is stored & how long

Account data is stored on Supabase's servers (region: ) and kept until you delete your account or ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You can export your data at any time (Profile → Backup → Export) and delete your account and all its cloud data at any time (Profile → Account → Delete account). You may also email us to request access or deletion.

Children

Olive Plan is not directed at children under 16. Plans for minors should be overseen by a parent/guardian and a professional.

Terms of Use

By using Olive Plan you agree that: it is provided “as is”, for personal informational use; it is not medical advice and carries no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose; and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made using it. Paid features are governed by the subscription you purchase through the app store or our website; billing, renewal and cancellation follow that store's rules. Do not misuse the service (no scraping, abuse, or attempts to bypass entitlements). We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.

Informativa sulla privacy

Cosa raccogliamo

Senza un account, Olive Plan salva tutto solo sul tuo dispositivo (memoria locale del browser) e non raccogliamo nulla. Se crei un account facoltativo:

  • Email e password — per l'accesso (la password è salvata in forma cifrata dal nostro fornitore, mai in chiaro).
  • I dati dell'app — profili, alimenti, piani, ricette e impostazioni — per sincronizzarli tra i tuoi dispositivi.
  • Il tuo livello di abbonamento — quale piano (free / Pro / Coach) possiedi.

Non usiamo pubblicità, non ti tracciamo su altre app o siti e non vendiamo i tuoi dati.

Chi li tratta

Account, archiviazione e sincronizzazione sono forniti da Supabase. I risultati di ricerca degli alimenti provengono da Open Food Facts, un database aperto e collaborativo. I pagamenti, quando attivi, sono gestiti dallo store o da Stripe; non vediamo mai i dati completi della tua carta.

Dove sono conservati e per quanto

I dati dell'account sono conservati sui server di Supabase (regione: ) e mantenuti finché non elimini l'account o ci chiedi di rimuoverli.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi esportare i tuoi dati in qualsiasi momento (Profilo → Backup → Esporta) ed eliminare l'account e tutti i dati nel cloud in qualsiasi momento (Profilo → Account → Elimina account). Puoi anche scriverci per richiedere accesso o cancellazione.

Minori

Olive Plan non è rivolto a minori di 16 anni. I piani per minori devono essere supervisionati da un genitore/tutore e da un professionista.

Termini d'uso

Usando Olive Plan accetti che: è fornito “così com'è”, per uso informativo personale; non è un parere medico e non offre garanzie di accuratezza o idoneità a uno scopo specifico; e, nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non siamo responsabili delle decisioni prese usandolo. Le funzioni a pagamento sono regolate dall'abbonamento acquistato tramite lo store o il nostro sito; fatturazione, rinnovo e disdetta seguono le regole di quello store. Non usare il servizio in modo improprio (niente scraping, abusi o tentativi di aggirare le licenze). Possiamo aggiornare questi termini; l'uso continuato ne implica l'accettazione.

Genera planes de comidas y estimaciones nutricionales basándose en ciencia de la nutrición publicada, pero no sustituye el consejo de un nutricionista, dietista o médico cualificado. Todos los valores son estimaciones. No lo uses como única guía en caso de una enfermedad, embarazo, un trastorno alimentario o un plan para un menor — consulta antes a un profesional. Si un plan te hace sentir mal, detente y busca ayuda profesional.

Política de privacidad

Qué recopilamos

Sin una cuenta, Olive Plan guarda todo solo en tu dispositivo (almacenamiento local del navegador) y no recopilamos nada. Si creas una cuenta opcional:

  • Correo electrónico y contraseña — para iniciar sesión (la contraseña la guarda cifrada nuestro proveedor, nunca en texto plano).
  • Los datos de la app — perfiles, alimentos, planes, recetas y ajustes — para sincronizarlos entre tus dispositivos.
  • Tu nivel de suscripción — qué plan (gratis / Pro / Coach) tienes.

No usamos publicidad, no te rastreamos en otras apps o sitios web y no vendemos tus datos.

Quién los procesa

Las cuentas, el almacenamiento y la sincronización los proporciona Supabase. Los resultados de búsqueda de alimentos provienen de Open Food Facts, una base de datos comunitaria abierta. Los pagos, cuando se activen, los procesa la tienda de aplicaciones o Stripe; nunca vemos los datos completos de tu tarjeta.

Dónde se almacenan y cuánto tiempo

Los datos de la cuenta se almacenan en los servidores de Supabase (región: ) y se conservan hasta que elimines tu cuenta o nos pidas retirarlos.

Tus derechos

Puedes exportar tus datos en cualquier momento (Perfil → Copia de seguridad → Exportar) y eliminar tu cuenta y todos sus datos en la nube en cualquier momento (Perfil → Cuenta → Eliminar cuenta). También puedes escribirnos para solicitar acceso o eliminación.

Menores

Olive Plan no está dirigido a menores de 16 años. Los planes para menores deben supervisarlos un padre/madre/tutor y un profesional.

Condiciones de uso

Al usar Olive Plan aceptas que: se ofrece “tal cual”, para uso informativo personal; no es consejo médico y no ofrece garantía de exactitud ni de idoneidad para un fin concreto; y, en la medida que permita la ley, no somos responsables de las decisiones tomadas usándolo. Las funciones de pago se rigen por la suscripción que compres a través de la tienda o de nuestro sitio web; facturación, renovación y cancelación siguen las reglas de esa tienda. No hagas un uso indebido del servicio (nada de scraping, abusos ni intentos de eludir las licencias). Podemos actualizar estas condiciones; el uso continuado implica su aceptación.

Was wir erheben

Ohne Konto speichert Olive Plan alles nur auf deinem Gerät (lokaler Browserspeicher) und wir erheben nichts. Wenn du ein optionales Konto erstellst:

  • E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort — zur Anmeldung (das Passwort wird von unserem Anbieter gehasht gespeichert, nie im Klartext).
  • Deine App-Daten — Profile, Lebensmittel, Pläne, Rezepte und Einstellungen — zur Synchronisierung über deine Geräte.
  • Deine Abo-Stufe — welchen Plan (Gratis / Pro / Coach) du hast.

Wir nutzen keine Werbung, wir verfolgen dich nicht über andere Apps oder Websites und wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht.

Wer sie verarbeitet

Konten, Datenspeicherung und Synchronisierung stellt Supabase bereit. Suchergebnisse für Lebensmittel stammen von Open Food Facts, einer offenen Community-Datenbank. Zahlungen werden, sofern aktiviert, vom App-Store oder von Stripe abgewickelt; wir sehen deine vollständigen Kartendaten nie.

Wo sie gespeichert werden & wie lange

Kontodaten werden auf den Servern von Supabase gespeichert (Region: ) und aufbewahrt, bis du dein Konto löschst oder uns um Entfernung bittest.

Deine Rechte

Du kannst deine Daten jederzeit exportieren (Profil → Backup → Exportieren) und dein Konto samt aller Cloud-Daten jederzeit löschen (Profil → Konto → Konto löschen). Du kannst uns auch per E-Mail um Auskunft oder Löschung bitten.

Kinder

Olive Plan richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren. Pläne für Minderjährige sollten von einem Elternteil/Vormund und einer Fachperson begleitet werden.

Nutzungsbedingungen

Mit der Nutzung von Olive Plan stimmst du zu, dass: es „wie besehen“ zur persönlichen Information bereitgestellt wird; es keine medizinische Beratung ist und keine Gewähr für Richtigkeit oder Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck bietet; und wir, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, nicht für damit getroffene Entscheidungen haften. Bezahlfunktionen richten sich nach dem Abo, das du über den App-Store oder unsere Website kaufst; Abrechnung, Verlängerung und Kündigung folgen den Regeln dieses Stores. Missbrauche den Dienst nicht (kein Scraping, kein Missbrauch, keine Versuche, Lizenzen zu umgehen). Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren; die weitere Nutzung gilt als Zustimmung.
